I visited ThongSmith at Emquartier, one of the most luxurious shopping malls in Bangkok, to try their famous boat noodles. I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients, especially the premium beef cuts imported from Australia. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of sweetness, spiciness, and tanginess. The noodles were soft and chewy, and the pork rinds added a nice crunch. I also enjoyed the complimentary side dishes, such as the crispy wontons and the fresh vegetables. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and elegant. The price was reasonable for the portion and the taste. I would definitely recommend ThongSmith to anyone who loves boat noodles and wants to experience a premium version of this classic Thai dish.

The boat noodles are great and you get to select either pork or beef to go with your noodle (egg/rice). The broth is good, should give it a try. While you are here, do also order some fried bananas as dessert or take away and eat it while you move around to explore the area.

Ordered boat noodles, som Tom salads via Grab to hotel. It was good, but I guess it should be better if I had it in the restaurant.

Nghe nói đây là chuỗi cửa hàng mì thuyền nổi tiếng và có mặt ở hầu hết các khu vực ở Thái. Mình thấy hương vị ở đây khá ngon và phù hợp với khẩu vị của mình. Mình đề xuất mọi người nên gọi mì khô và có thêm một chén nước dùng đi kèm. Lưỡi bò hầm rất mềm và thơm thảo mộc. Giá cả cũng phải chăng. Lưu ý với các bạn ăn cay ít thì nên gọi không cay hoặc 1 trái ớt thôi chứ không là cay lắm á mọi người.

🐱 MEow, one of the popular Boat noodle restaurants in Bangkok. The soup base are thick and delicious 🤤, better try the Australia Wagyu beef (tips: add extra noodle in the option). The services is good and the sitting area is not comfy as we were arrange at the passage way outside the restaurant and it’s quite hot.

Boat noodles are delicious. Broth is flavorful. Wagyu was not overly greasy and thinly sliced to perfect tenderness. Was very pleasantly surprised they have konjac noodles (zero calorie options). You can eat all you want without having to worry about weight gain. 100% recommend! Be aware Thai level spicy is definitely on a differently level! They offer a variety of creamy sweets to help you with the spiciness after. The noodles are expensive by Thai standard (3-4x versus a street vendor) However, if you have the means, I would definitely recommend a visit.
